      Avantages

      Buenos perks. Proyectos interesantes (consideran y aceptan tu ingles no es tu lengua materna). Trabajo remoto.

      Inconvénients

      Le falta una parte de integración con los otros miembros de la empresa, se me hace injusto que solo te contratan para un proyecto pero no hablas con nadie mas. La organización interna como de RH/ServiceDesk esta mal estructurada, deberian de tener un departamento que haga cada cosa en especifico. El equipo que te proveen no es bueno en todos los ambientes.

      Avantages

      TechBridge has a simple process for assisting highly qualified candidates from Mexico in finding project work in the United States and getting their TN visas. TechBridge is also unique in that we have offices throughout the United States and recruiting in Mexico (including an office on the campus of University of Guadalajara /CUCEI).

      Inconvénients

      There are no real "cons" to this company. We are helping great people find work at great companies!
