      Good place to learn & upskill yourself when you’re a fresher.

      Inconvénients

      1. Will mostly hire freshers only so they can pay less & make you work like donkeys & offer you peanuts as salary. 2.Weak Management 3.No individuality of the role you might be appointed for X role doing A,B,C jobs on daily basis. 4.No absolute work life balance. Work hours might get extended on daily basis. 5.They can be good team leaders not good Bosses.

      There are different types of project. You will learn a lot.

      Since there is lot to learn sometimes it becomes overwhelming

      Great mission, group of likeminded folks that work for the same purpose.

      Inconvénients

      No healthcheck reports from management, or very little I should say.
