The majority of the 'work' here is trying to wade through the tedium of this ticketing system rather than actual work. - The pay is laughably low relative to the level of experience/skill the owner is looking for. - The work environment is high stress because the owner is pretty obvious about how much he micro-manages you and eagle eyes his employees. Nobody smiles, everyone dreads going to work. Yea I wouldn't wish this job on my enemies.
