Great environment to work at.

Not much scope of improvement

I absolutely love working with children and teaching them about science and technology.

Management (the CEO) is ruining the company. First of all, Management is totally unorganized and as a result schedules, curriculum, and HR are all screwed up. Paychecks are usually late and amounts are incorrect (consistently underpaid). Management is responsive but responds unethically. Claims to be very religious but is always lying to employees and parents. Lately, the lies are outrageous. Management allows convicted felons (assault and fraud) on the board of directors and as advisors such as the CEOs from Deep Space Ventures and Tech Wildcatters. This was in the Dallas news 2 months ago. And just this week, the company was in the news again. This time for being banned from the University of Texas at Dallas. It was in the UTD Mercury News. Management was caught lying to the university placement office, abusing the internship program, and not paying alumni on time or in the correct amount. Some of the employees are filing claims with the Texas Workforce Office and with EEO for hostile work environment. Management has lost of the trust of its employees and the parents. I'm out of here as soon as I find another job.
