Avantages
great people, great teams, good environment. awesome place to get your career started and gain experience in the industry but long term, 5+ years, you should plan for other places.
Inconvénients
very high traffic area, you need to get there 30 min before or else the entire area turns in to a parkinglot with all the other 30 companys in the area letting their 9-5'ers go. due to the low turn over rate in management, promotions are very seldom.
