      Avantages

      Very happy with the culture, benefits, and the kindness of colleagues. The company is seeing exciting growth and it's growing in a good direction. Very involved, caring owners. The company truly lives by its values!

      Inconvénients

      With growth comes change of processes which often take time to iron out but that's to be expected.

      Pto Flexibility depending on your manager

      Inconvénients

      They are trimming the fat so often you never know when you’ll be next. They are not going to have anything left. Getting rid of very talented people and restructuring annually with no plan at all. Are they going under, selling, or looking to be a small company again? Idk but something I not right
