Hello! Thanks for your review, and I'm sorry you had a negative experience with us. Agree with continuing to improve communication and finding additional ways to show appreciation for our team. Nobody at TB has ever lost shifts or otherwise been punished for speaking up. Best wishes going forward. -- Michael

Avantages

This is an enjoyable and rewarding job with a fantastic team of coworkers. The work environment is positive and collaborative, making each day both engaging and fulfilling. Management is highly transparent about company developments, ensuring that employees are well-informed and included in the organization's direction. Additionally, my immediate manager is supportive and approachable, consistently making me feel valued and heard.

Inconvénients

The only con is that it's part time work and not full time.

Avantages

An amazing concept for out of work theater/stage actors to have steady income while also being able to pursue their craft.

Inconvénients

You’d have better chances of landing safely on a Boeing plane flying through a hurricane than having a positive experience working for this company. The owners are a husband and wife team who are in over their heads KNOWINGLY. They state they are open to and actively solicit feedback from team members with more professional experience. But they do not action feedback, instead they retaliate. The wife and COO spends most evenings surveilling the staff for anything she feels could have been better and then screams at leadership to pass along the tyrannical message to other staff. I was laid off within the year I was hired and yet held accountable for declining business DESPITE the 3 year long YoY net revenue loss of 45% or greater. They refuse to accept that their formula is failing while draining the company of operating cash flow. I was warned about the company before joining, and it was shared that they’d had problematic behaviors in the past but had improved. That is a complete farce. Leadership is so worried about their stained image that they actually created fake dummy LinkedIn accounts to solicit feedback from me on my experience working there after they laid me off. If it were possible, I’d give them zero stars. No workplace is perfect, and most do their best. I would typically never complain and I waited quite awhile to share this but I feel any perspective employee should know just how horrible of an environment this company is.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Glassdoor reviews often include a mix of personal experience, emotion, and sometimes hyperbole, so I try to read them carefully to find any useful insights or areas for improvement. I’ll be honest — I’m struggling with some of the claims in your review. We don’t surveil our team, no one is being screamed at, and I can say with certainty we don’t use fake LinkedIn accounts. If someone reached out to you, it wasn’t us. I also want to address the sexist undertones in your message. The comments about “screaming” and a “high-pitched and squeaky voice” unfairly link vocal tone to competence and integrity, which is a classic and harmful bias that women in leadership often face. Even Tasia's warmth and smile are framed as manipulative, echoing a tired and offensive stereotype often directed against women. It’s clear your time here was frustrating, and I’m genuinely sorry it wasn’t a better fit. I hope your next role offers a more positive experience. — Michael
