      Limited career path clarity on experienced engineers: While there are growth opportunities in the company and as a beginner in tech , the career progression framework for experienced engineers isn't always clear .

      Avantages

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Inconvénients

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
