Key skills include problem-solving, technical knowledge (e.g., software, hardware, networking), and good communication.

Inconvénients

in Tek there is no work opportunities unless you are in good side of the managment, they don't value our work they always consider the customer's review and don't care about us and the effort we made, low salaries.

Avantages

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Inconvénients

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
