Avantages

* There are regular pay increases across your first 18 months of employment. * The culture and management is very warm and inviting from my experience. * There is a fair amount of upward mobility at this location, and there are also consistent opportunities to move into a more technical position, if that's what you're after! * Leadership consistently helps support your career growth. * Quarterly performance-based bonuses. * Lax workload most of the time.

Inconvénients

* The power hierarchy makes it difficult for meaningful changes to be brought on, even at the push of our operations manager. * Upward mobility is limited by a rolling performance record; if you haven't met metric recently, it can disqualify you from applying for higher level positions even if you would otherwise be a strong applicant. * There are times where the case queue booms (usually across a 1-week period month over month), and work backlogs can climb pretty high as a result. * There is a survey-based metric which plays heavily into performance calculation.
