      Avantages

      The manager teams at Tek are considerate and responsive, they know how to motivate and help team members achieve their KPI and personal goals.

      Inconvénients

      As far as my experience, there was no cons to working at Tek Experts.

      Avantages

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Inconvénients

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
