      Good and accommodating environment to work. Good access to training and facilities. Subsidized transportation.

      For people not used to certain work ethics and environment, it might be hard adapting to some changes.

      Avantages

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Inconvénients

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
