Avantages

Inconvénients
--- Very Poor salary which is not competitive in the market and in line with the present economy. --- They do not reward employee loyalty in the company. ---- Work of home is possible for work life balance, but they rather have people convey to work stressed than consider employee work/life balance a great thing. ---Senior management LAMBA is too much. They don't keep to their words on many occasions.
