      -After this you can get a better job -Mos people are good(lower management and engineers)

      Inconvénients

      -Rewards people who stay in same position for a long time -Escalation engineers earns less than lower level engineers -Disorganized -There are men who had molested women and nothing has been done

      Avantages

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Inconvénients

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
