      Thank you for your review. The role of our people managers and leaders is to provide support, coaching, and direction to our people. We expect everyone to demonstrate the behaviours of our company values: We Care, Stronger together, and Learn and Grow. We take these matters seriously and I am sorry to hear your experience did not align with our values. Regarding the long hours, although Tek Experts operates a 24/7 service every of our people work a 9-hour shift, 5 days weekly with no extra time. #WeAreTekExperts

      Avantages

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Inconvénients

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
