      Avantages

      Coworkers and direct managers are great

      Inconvénients

      Pay is static and it is almost impossible to get raises. We are continually being given new responsibilities and tasks which cause many of us to be unable to complete all of our daily tasks. This is causing major burnout for many employees.

      Avantages

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Inconvénients

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
