You get to work with young and vibrant guys. A lot to learn within few months (cloud services and IT services in general). Career growth opportunities.
Inconvénients
You don't get to be paid what you actually worth (They say they are following our country's minimum wage policy, hence, someone working remotely(from Nigeria) with another competitor and probably not doing up-to what you are doing at Tek gets paid at least 3x what you are earning at Tek). Well, irrespective of the cons, it's a good place to launch your career in tech.
