Thank you for your comments. We do currently pay only once per month - however, there are efforts underway to increase our pay schedule to every other week. We hope to roll this out in mid 2021. We are a company where results are critically important - specifically when it comes to Customer Satisfaction. I'm sorry to hear that you felt there is no appreciation as a person. We have several programs in place to try to show employee appreciation - including a weekly Town Hall meeting where we give recognition to all employees on customer kudos and great achievers.
