Avantages

- Step up from a call center. - Microsoft is a powerful name with a lot of influence going into other tech jobs. Definitely looks good on a resume. - Benefits (401k match, health insurance) are good.

Inconvénients

- Case load is impossible, especially when you get put on the critical situations list. Just make a dedicated team do it. - Too much stress for too little pay. - No real reward for doing well (put in a drawing to POTENTIALLY get a gift card). -

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts - I really appreciate it. During the interview process we try to stress the 'pace' of the job, as I do agree that critical situations happen and a customer's business is in jeopardy because their technology is not working it certainly can be stressful. We look for those folks who are extremely focused on resolving issues, and people who are experts at multi-tasking will do well here. We are certainly not a good fit for everyone, and I hope you found a role that aligns with your career goals!

Avantages

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Inconvénients

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
