      Avantages

      Great way to get a job in the IT field as a Microsoft contractor. Lots to learn and enjoy working the enviroment.

      Inconvénients

      Low pay and no considerable raises

      Great feedback - thank you. We believe in paying for performance, so not everyone will receive an increase throughout the year. Our numbers for last year tell us that over 20% of our employees received a pay increase, while an additional 30% of our employees were promoted to a new role (which would also come with an increase) - but certainly not everyone.       Avantages

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Inconvénients

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
