      Avantages

      the only reason people stay is they are TCNs in dare need of any job.

      Inconvénients

      you have to pay for your visa, an average engineer wont last longer then 8 month, customers are indians that rely on you to do their job done, stupid performance metrics, managment will treat you as a replacable resource, nothing more then that.

      Avantages

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Inconvénients

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
