      Avantages

      This is a good and open environment for fresh graduated students where you can learn a lot of things which you may never heard in your university, or had chance to do. Customer support is something quite new in Hanoi, and I truly believe you can learn much from here.

      Inconvénients

      Not clear regarding future career path. Also this is an outsourcing company, so do not expect much in good benefit and compensation.

      Avantages

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Inconvénients

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
