Avantages

young colleagues, good location of the new office (near metro station), good place to start from zero - you can stay one or two years and go to another company with doubled salary

Inconvénients

salary is high, there is no respect from the higher management. people are easily replaced. It depends on the the desired starting salary if you will be called in for an interview. Basically this is an outsourcing company, providing support.

Avantages

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Inconvénients

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
