      Avantages

      If you're related to management then you're doing good. If you're a good employee then expect to get passed up for promotions because you arent related to management. Also, when you leave, they will keep your last check. Bad company!

      Inconvénients

      The pro are the cons. They are all about nepotism and then you leave for a better deal then they will keep your last check. Phillip and Tyler are to blame.

      Avantages

      I have only worked here for a little under 5 months and I have grown to love it. I feel important in the work that I am doing. My boss always lifts me up and wants to see me succeed. I have made some great friends working here. I highly recommend this place for employment.

      Inconvénients

      I don't really have any downsides.
