Avantages
Good training, and the staff is very much into helping newcomers to the job.
Inconvénients
No bonus until you make over $1500, this is every week. Meaning you could earn $1400 per week for the company and never get a bonus. While it is very easy to make money at Taylar, once you begin to make money management will add a dead account to your workload which always negatively affects your paycheck. The dead account will harm your bonus, usually to the point where you will not make a bonus. Management seems to change almost monthly, very unprofessional. THe schedule changes too often.
