      Above average compensation package compared to other places You will meet some great co workers here No shortage of responsibilities or opportunities

      Inconvénients

      Extreme Micromanagement So many meetings that you'll spend more time preparing for those than actually doing work Hard to see them undervalue so many of your co-workers Poor Benefits Package Management doesn't know how to interact with employees in an effective way - Quick to admonish for any small mistake and hardly offers praise for quality work. Embarrassing to see how underwriting partners are treated.
