5moThank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate hearing from current and former associates, as it helps us reflect on what we’re doing well and where we can continue to improve.
We want to respectfully clarify a couple points for readers. Our health insurance premiums have not increased in the past 3 years, and we consistently review our benefits to remain competitive and affordable for associates and their families. That said, we understand that healthcare costs overall can still feel burdensome, and we recognize this is an ongoing concern across many industries.
Regarding HR, responsiveness and support are priorities for our organization. Our HR team is committed to assisting all employees, and we take concerns about communication seriously. If an associate feels they were not supported, we encourage them to reach out directly so the issue can be addressed and resolved.
We are proud of our associates and the work they do to support our customers every day. We remain committed to listening, improving, and fostering an environment built on respect, transparency and collaboration.
