6yIn response to our employees’ feedback we have recently started to present our quarterly NPS results at our company wide all-hands meeting. We take this opportunity to share feedback received as well as speak to the changes we have made in response to past surveys.
We are very excited about the opportunities our CEO, Dr. Mik Kersten’s book Project to Product has brought to Tasktop. We also believe it is important for our team to have the right resources to understand the core concepts of our direction and one of the ways we do this is through giving a book to each of our employees.
As we have outlined in a previous response, the architecture of our codebase will always be an ongoing journey since we believe in continuous architectural improvements. We are proud of the improvements that we made in 2019 -- and through those improvements have recognized the importance of having the initiation, design and implementation of these activities much more of an inclusive rather than top-down activity. We have restructured and worked on changing our culture in order to support a broad base of input from all levels and teams - we look forward to seeing many additional successes in 2020 due to these changes.
