      Avantages

      Some good and skilled colleagues, few left the company already.

      Inconvénients

      Very poor management and two-faced and irascible CEO obsessed by control that keep changing his mind blaming others. Some co-worker want to be seen at other people expenses. The product is not revolutionary and only works as it's backed by an investor, so there is a lot of uncertainty in the future.

      We are always sad when someone leaves the Taskize family, but we strive to learn from the experience. At the time you left, which must be about five months ago, we realised we had areas where we needed to improve. We brought the entire company together at Cambridge University to get to know each other better, to learn together, and to have fun. We listened to feedback and made changes. In our most recent survey 92% of our people said they felt valued or highly valued. That’s 8% where we still have work to do. Our original investor likes the product so much, they’ve decided to deploy it globally, and I’m pleased to say that our client base is growing strongly including some of the largest financial companies in the world.       Avantages

      I love working in startups because it offers greater access to management and everything you do (or don't) matters. People trust each other, hours are better leading to a more balanced lifestyle. Most importantly, the product is an industry solution that banking operations need rather than what!

      Inconvénients

      Internal communication needs improvement as some messages don't get across. Teams collaboration is another area that requires some efforts.

      Avantages

      CEO and COO, both founders and shareholders, are friendly and approachable. As Taskize grows, they are taking into account ideas and advise that come for employees and clients. The company is on sound financial footing because the main investor liked the product so much, they decided to use it throughout their global operations. The management team are all knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable. Everyone's working together towards the success of the company.

      Inconvénients

      Coffee machine in the shared offices needs upgrading.

      Thank you for the feedback. We’ll aim to keep increasing the amount of direct accountability and empowerment... starting with the managed office provider and their coffee machine!
