Inconvénients
So after spending 24 months here is my experience.. 1. No increment in salary, instead they give some lump sum amount which eventually won't add in your salary package. 2. Initially they provided transport allowance along with salary but it's been one year they launched Sodexo card. That Sodexo card only works on fuel station and that amount won't come along with salary. 3. So recently they shifted their site in GGN from sec 69 to sec 22(Udyog Vihar), what they did reduced transport allowance to 3000 from 4200 claiming that now we are nearby Metro station. 4. There Cafeteria food sucks, even after complaining from last 20 months they didn't change or add another competitor food vendor. 5. Here OT amount and SSP is very less also night shift allowance. 6. Being a MNC on Indian soil, they don't even provide a single chocolate or ₹50 gifts to their employees on festivals (Diwali, Eid). 7. They are very smart, as an agent you will be joining for Email campaign but after 2-3 months they will move you in Chat campaign on same package. So chat salary is higher than email campaigns. 8. Management here is actually don't exist, in terms of IJP or even if you escalate your issues they don't even bother to listen your problems.
