      Avantages

      Front-line leaders were great. Lots and lots of "culture" activities. If the right people like you, you're in.

      Inconvénients

      No real improvement in the product. No one actually listens to their customers. Forced in-person "connection" is a waste of time. SLT members are full of ego and provide no real direction, but love showing off when they gather together to eat expensive meals and have fun playing games.
