Avantages

there were some decent individuals at the company, but those were the ones that got taken advantage of. company was full of cliques and personal relationships/conflicts. those people were always protected by leadership, so everyone else had to pay the price. benefits started off decent, but leadership kept taking them away to cut costs instead of trimming the fat.

Inconvénients

entire experience was downright terrible. leadership was toxic and ineffective because they would say one thing and do the complete opposite. leadership did not lead or inspire. they used very immature and fear tactics to "motivate" their teams instead. this created a miserable work environment where teams were feuding and belittling each other, and leaders enabled it. leaders built up frustration from the high-stress environment and took it out on other employees. zero growth opportunities, constant layoffs, no development and compensation discussions. no budget for anything, all you get is endless lies. overall very shady practice from the company. do not work for this company if you value your mental health.

Avantages

This was the best team I’ve ever worked for and the best work I’ve ever done. For the short time I was there, I thought I had finally found my place.

Inconvénients

One day, the company announced via slack message that they were bankrupt and shut down. It was just a short “whoopsie” message with a sad face emoji tacked on at the end. In one day, thousands of people were unemployed. Not only that, but many of those people never got paid for months of work. The company had no money and hadn’t paid many of us for weeks or months. Not only did I lose a job, I was cheated out of $12,000 in unpaid checks.
