      Avantages

      - Great office environment - The sky is the limit for advancement, it's up to you how far you go. - Motivates technicians and provides opportunity to get certifications at no cost to the employee - Very knowledgeable staff that allows for cross training - Hard-work and dedication is rewarded - Lunch on the company at least once a week

      Inconvénients

      Some days can be stressful when super busy, but we always come out on top.

      Avantages

      Great co-workers and management. Casual, but hardworking company. Room for growth. One of the best places I've ever Worked.

      Inconvénients

      Bottom line for me was lack of compensation, especially compared to other employees of the company, and my level of experience and education. You can love your CEO, Co-workers, and overall company, but if you are not recognized and compensated for your contribution, no job is worth it. A year after I left I was making literally twice what I was being paid, for similar work at Tarrytech.
