Avantages
I have been with the company more than three years and I love working remote. I have had the opportunity to move through the ranks to advancement and have received recognition for jobs well done. TarrenPoint leadership from the CEO down, appreciate a mature attitude and a mature, dedicated and pro-active approach to your work. Creative thinkers with a can-do attitude earn the respect of their peers and management. As CEOs go, I have found TarrenPoint's CEO a woman who encourages you to better yourself and she gives credit where credit is due. An approachable person whose door is always open, and whose generosity and support are of a standard not often seen in CEOs - and of which I am extremely appreciative. Although I work remotely, when I do work at the office I find everyone easy to work with, a fun bunch and open to discuss all matters with me. If I need help, it's always there. With great coaching available there's plenty of opportunity to enhance your skills or learn new ones, and staff are constantly encouraged to take advantage of this. I have been involved on a number of different projects and find the work challenging and fulfilling. And you get to work with an impressive, international team. At TarrenPoint there is opportunity for advancement and recognition, you just have to go after it.
Inconvénients
Working remote isn't for everyone - it's all about work/life balance and can be a challenge to manage. I'll take this any day. There are so many business opportunities figuring out which to focus on can be a challenge.
