Avantages
Culture is important here, and I feel that staff members of all levels strive to make this a fun and enjoyable place to come to work (with success!). The staff cares about each other, and the company is small enough that for the most part everybody knows everybody. Managers are generally flexible and I have never had an issue stepping away when tending to non-work related matters that come up. Leadership is transparent and always willing to have a conversation with employees, and I've never had a question or concern unanswered by the people above me. Quarterly All-Hands and monthly town hall meetings help in this open communication flow as well.
Inconvénients
The company is working on some big changes in how the product is designed and offered, and it seems that roles can change in an instant at times. It can be hard to keep up with who's doing what, or who is best to answer certain issues at times. For as flexible as managers typically are, work/life balance can be an issue in some roles due to the sheer volume of work and limited resources to actually do that work. This isn't necessarily a place where you can ever feel caught up at the end of any given day.
