      Avantages

      Target supports the community financially and supporting many volunteer activities. Target promotes a fast, fun and friendly atmosphere (although it doesn't happen in all areas.)

      Inconvénients

      Target wants each employee to be the same - the more you talk, the more important you seem. Work life balance not always good.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Inconvénients

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
