      Reasonable working hours and workload. Great flexibility with WFH arrangements.

      Very slow in making any changes. Hard to change mindsets.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Inconvénients

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
