Avantages
Some of my coworkers were nice. There is one manager there who truly believes in teamwork and isn't afraid to jump in and help the team when needed. They are a great manager and truly embody the "teamwork" that Target claims to push. I wish I could say most management there was like that.
Inconvénients
As someone mentioned before, management absolutely picks favorites. Sometimes even your best isn't enough for them and staffing issues are bad. Most people hired in quit soon after they start. There is a "mean girls" club and gossip aplenty. I've never been to a workplace that lets management buy a cake to celebrate an employee leaving. They claim to really push teamwork but this is a lie. You will be on your own once training is done. Your discount only works if you use cash, check or have a target red card. Good luck
