Avantages
target offers great pay it seems but then when you calculate the million hours you work you realize it isn't that much money for all the crazy work you have to do.
Inconvénients
You don't get any breaks ever! I never ate when I worked at Target because Executives are always needed to be running the floor. If you try to take a break, good luck you will get called on the walkie to do something. Also, the hours are crazy! Expect to work at 6am some days and until 2am other days. During the holidays 16 hour shifts is very normal! I suggest not working at Target! I could go on forever but take my advice not worth it!
