      Hard physical work long hours bad organization of workload between first and second shift barley get raises maybe every two years if they decide if so very low like .50 cents work life balance salary should be at least $26 per hr.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Inconvénients

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
