They sit in their office most of the time or complain to your TL you're not working hard enough, which then your TL comes to you. -None of your previous raises carry over when they increase base pay. So at a certain point you'll make just pennies more than a brand new hire. On top of that, the amount you get for raises have been significantly reduced. Favoritism can influence raises as well. -Many male executives will use their status to influence younger, inexperienced females and try to groom them.
