They have also made huge progress in making sure the benefits are right for the employees. They offer a wide array of benefits including discounts to other retailers.
Inconvénients
The opportunities for advancement are available, however it is very biased. It is often based on having a cute and bubbly personality and not on experience or capabilities. As with any retailer, the schedule of a 50 hour work week and working holidays does not provide for the best work/life balance.
