Avantages
Pretty competitive benefits, and it is fairly easy to advance inside the company (up to a Lead position with at least a high school degree).
Inconvénients
Depending on the region you work in, and the volume your store does the work flow can be overwhelming and expectations unreasonable. Corporate tries to roll out policies across the board to all stores, but this often is counterproductive when dealing with a very varied business structure (ie different sales volume, different product focuses, different demographics etc.).
