      great store environment, decent benefits, learning opportunities, team collaboration, good discount, job growth for recent college graduates, cross training, schedule flexibility

      Inconvénients

      no way to executive store management if not a recent college graduate, extreme politics to get to store manager or district management positions, hourly wage for team members is counter to their philosophy to attract the best, high turnover
