      Avantages

      Company values are awesome, most team members have a "work hard, play hard" mentality. Work-life balance is acceptable.

      Inconvénients

      Hard to move on to new roles. Minimal development offered, must be extremely extroverted to seek out mentors and move on with career.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Inconvénients

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
