A flexible work schedule for people in college, as the company is very willing to work around your class schedule. The pay benefits are getting better, such as discounts with phone companies and other retailers like Apple computers.
Inconvénients
Sales Floor Team Member is a great second or part-time job. Nothing else. If you plan to have a serious career at Target, try to make friends in high places and definitely obtain a B.A. in business management.
