      - ok pay - nice community service culture - 360 degree feedback - cab service - cafeteria free food...

      Inconvénients

      - too many management layers - lack of trust in employees...don't give laptops to everybody - managers who expect people to come on wekeends even if there is no work, just for giving moral support to those who have work - lack of work-life balance...too little to too much work...

      Inconvénients

      If you do not have great availability, then this career will not suit you. You will rotating weekends off, but your schedule will based off business needs.
