Managers don’t listen to needs, scheduling can become a pain- hours to work are all over the place, nobody (except for Team Leads and ETLs) is actually full time, they keep you under 40 hours every week, sometimes less. The expected work vs what you’re actually getting paid is sad- but if you do a good job you’ll (eventually) get your yearly review and get from one cent up to (what I hear) 50 cents in raise, but it’s all confusing because of Target’s plan to have minimum wage at $15 by 2020.
