      Avantages

      Lots of structure. Internal promotions. Learn a lot about effective management and corporate business. Very flexible for being such a large company.

      Inconvénients

      Its a huge company going through some major changes which is a challenge. In the end I think that Target will be great but it's going to be a long road to get there.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Inconvénients

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
