Avantages
Quick advances if you are willing to react to feedback and direction. The salary is good once you start moving up in the exec ranks.
Inconvénients
You must keep moving up or from job to job to be in good standings. If you are in the same position for longer than 5 years you have to be above and beyond everyone else to remain in good standings. High turnover is a con for the company.
